Good to know: We keep a mix of independent play, small-group play, and calm spaces. Activities and toys may rotate based on the day, group size, and children present — keeping the Playroom fresh, engaging, and fun.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What ages can use the Playroom?
Babies and children 6 weeks through 13 years are welcome. We create age-appropriate activities so everyone has something that fits.
Can I see my child while I'm in class?
Yes — the Playroom has windows so you can check in and see your child at any time.
What if my child needs me during class?
That's completely normal! If your child becomes upset, we’ll do our best to comfort and support them. If they need you, we’ll come get you or encourage them to visit you. Children are welcome to move between the Playroom and exercise floor for reassurance.
Is this a licensed childcare service?
No. The Playroom is a convenience and courtesy, not a professional childcare service. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s well-being and safety at all times.
Can my baby stay with me?
Yes — babies are welcome to remain in a car seat, on your mat, or in a baby-carrier if that’s most comfortable.
Do I need to reserve a Playroom spot?
Yes — space may be limited during peak class times. Let us know your little one will be joining us -> CLICK HERE
Are snacks allowed?
Snack breaks must take place in the Waiting Room with the door closed. No eating is permitted in the playroom or workout area to keep all kiddos healthy and happy.
Who supervises the Playroom?
Our Playroom is overseen by trained team members who support safe play, facilitate activities, and assist children as needed.
What if my child is nervous or unsure?
New spaces can cause big feelings and that's okay. Some children need time to adjust. You're welcome to keep your child with you, try shorter visits, stay nearby, or ease into Playroom use at your own pace.
Can older kids bring homework?
Absolutely! We welcome books, homework, drawing, puzzles, and other activities. Many of our Playroom team members are teachers or education majors and are happy to help when questions arise.
