A Feeding Prep Class for Expecting Parents

This judgment-free class helps you prepare for the first days of feeding your baby — from understanding how milk supply works to getting a comfortable latch and understanding how to know if your baby is getting enough. We’ll cover what’s normal (and what’s not), your options for feeding, how partners can help, and how to set yourself up for a smooth start with all the right gear and gadgets.

PILATES & BARRE FUSION
FOR PREGNANCY & MOTHERHOOD
Saturday, April 11th from 9:15 - 10:15 AM
Light weights, high reps, and lively music come together to create a dynamic workout that features low impact exercises rooted in traditional ballet and Pilates that help increase overall strength, flexibility, and well being. Expect a supportive environment that is perfect for any experience level. Bare feet or grip socks recommended, but not required.
