Chelsea Wargo is a perinatal fitness specialist with over a decade of experience helping women feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies. She holds advanced certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness, corrective exercise, and pelvic health, combining her unique knowledge with a compassionate, personalized approach. 

 

Chelsea creates a supportive environment where every workout is tailored to each woman’s needs. Her unmatched knowledge, hands-on approach, and dedication to results empower clients to move with confidence, rebuild strength, and thrive at every stage of life.

Our certified prenatal and postpartum instructors tailor every session to meet a wide range of fitness abilities and needs. We offer personalized modifications to ensure that every woman, regardless of her stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, can participate comfortably, effectively, and confidently.

 

Our programs are built on a foundation of respect and understanding, ensuring that every participant feels seen, supported, and heard.

I’m so happy to have found this gym during my recent pregnancy!

I did not have access to something like this during my first pregnancy and I can definitely see the difference in my pre- and postnatal fitness this time around.

My favorite things about this gym: feeling confident the workouts are appropriate for my stage of pregnancy/postpartum, connection with other moms, class variety, and childcare during workouts!
