Mommy & Me Yoga
Designed for new moms with babies who are not yet walking, this class focuses on easing the common aches of motherhood while enhancing your mobility. Engage in calming breath work and deep relaxation alongside your little one, fostering a peaceful connection to help you both unwind and thrive together. Our gentle stretches and mindful movements will help restore strength, flexibility, & confidence.

Strength Training
Rebuild your strength and reignite your confidence with our Postpartum Strength Training. Whether you’re newly postpartum or your little one is now walking, talking, or in school, this class will help you safely reactivate your core and support your body for the demanding role of motherhood. Reconnected Core
This class is specially designed for women healing from diastasis recti and/or C-sections. Whether you're newly postpartum or years into motherhood, you’ll learn to reconnect with your core in a safe, supportive way. We’ll rebuild strength from the inside out using gentle exercises, targeted breathwork, and expert guidance—easing back pain, improving posture, and restoring core and full-body stability.
