PRENATAL BIRTH PREP
Promote optimal healing after vaginal or Cesarean delivery. Learn how to safely rebuild the abdominal wall to address Diastasis Recti. Activate your pelvic floor (beyond Kegels) to help reduce the risk of prolapse, unnecessary pressure, and incontinence.
POSTPARTUM RECOVERY
Refine labor-focused breathing with core coordination to support efficient pushing mechanics. Practice mobilizing your pelvis in different birthing positions to reduce strain during delivery, minimize the risk of tearing, and promote a smoother recovery.
